Thanks to its privileged location, the cabin offers year-round activities: from peaceful walks along forest roads and family-friendly trails to more challenging hikes at high altitude, passing alpine lakes and breathtaking views—perfect for trekking or mountain biking.

This mountain cabin is available for rent year-round for short stays. Cozy and well-equipped, it’s ideal for those seeking a stay filled with comfort, relaxation, and authentic mountain charm. Perfect for families, outdoor lovers, and active travelers, it’s also a pet-friendly cabin where dogs are welcome.

In winter, weekly stays are required, giving you the time to fully enjoy the magic of the mountains. When snow is abundant, the last 200 meters to the cabin must be walked, creating an immediate immersion into a fairytale winter landscape. You can leave your car in the lower parking area, and a free luggage and supply transport service is available.

During colder months, the area becomes a paradise for fans of snowshoeing and ski touring. Snow-covered trails, quiet woods, and stunning alpine views will make your winter mountain holiday truly unforgettable.

Features of Prennstoll Hoff Chalet

Inside, the atmosphere is made warm and welcoming with solid wood furniture. The cabin is designed to accommodate up to 5 guests and is all on one floor. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a wood stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The sleeping area features a double bedroom and a smaller room with one single bed and one bunk bed.

Outside, a balcony and covered terrace offer stunning sunset views surrounded by nature. The large fenced garden is ideal for pets and includes sun loungers, a barbecue, and a trampoline—perfect for combining relaxation and fun.

Baita Prennstoll Hoff is also ideal for travelers with horses. The cabin offers four equipped 3x3m stables, each with rubber floors and automatic waterers, providing a comfortable and functional resting space for your horses after a day of exploring the Valle dei Mocheni trails.

Your horses will have all the space they need to relax, while you enjoy the beauty of the mountains knowing they’re in a safe, well-maintained place. From the cabin, you can set off on long horseback rides through nature.

The cabin is open year-round and available for short holidays with a minimum stay of 2 nights. In winter, a minimum stay of one week is required. Prices include bed and kitchen linens, towels, water, electricity, gas, heating, and firewood for the stove and everything you need for a cozy mountain break. From 01/06 to 14/09, the cabin is rented weekly with Saturday check-in.
